Roof NQ has experience delivering roofing upgrades through Queensland Government resilience programs, helping eligible property owners undertake works designed to improve building performance in cyclonic conditions.
Current Program Status
The Queensland Government's Household Resilience Program closed to new applications on 2 October 2026. The Strata Resilience Program closed to applications on 30 June 2026.
Property owners with existing approvals should consult the relevant government program regarding funding conditions, approved works and completion deadlines.

Roof NQ has worked with residential homeowners and body corporate representatives undertaking roofing upgrades through Queensland Government resilience programs.
Its experience includes roof replacements, structural improvements and associated roofing works intended to improve performance in cyclonic conditions.

Beyond government funding
Roofing Resilience Beyond Grant Programs.
The closure of grant applications does not remove the importance of maintaining and upgrading roofing systems in cyclone-prone regions.
Property owners may still consider roof replacements, structural tie-down improvements, fixing upgrades and drainage works based on the condition and requirements of their building.
