Engineered ridge capping
On Mid-City Apartments, a custom 30mm × 50mm square-top ridge replaced the standard three-break ridge, increasing rigidity over long runs.
Barge upstands
Custom barge caps with an outer-edge upstand prevent wind-driven water discharge and direct runoff back into the gutter.
Parapet falls
Parapet cappings fabricated with a 3-degree fall to shed water reliably.
Custom drainage sumps
A larger-capacity sump was constructed on site at Mid-City Apartments to improve drainage performance.
